What's On, from 1st July

 

Every Thursday, 1-2pm. Zumba Gold, St. Philip and St. James’ Church. A keep-fit class to Latin, Ballroom, and Rock ‘n’ Roll music. Safe and fun for ages 55 and upwards.. £5 a class, no experience needed. Get in touch! Jolanthe 07735 474831.

2nd July, Tuesday, 10am-2pm. LIFE PROJECT PARENT CARER DROP-IN GROUP, Weston Hub, Penn Hill Road, Bath, BA1 4EH, Tuesdays during term-time. These drop-in sessions are a chance for carers to have respite and time away from their caring roles, to build friendships and become part of a strong, supportive network of people who understand the challenges of caring for those with learning needs and other disabilities. Refreshments are available and there is an opportunity to de-stress by joining in a Pilates class. There is also play space available for pre-schoolers. Please contact fiona@lifeprojectbath.org.uk for more information.  To find out about the Life Project please see www.lifeprojectbath.org.uk.

4th July, Thursday, 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm, Community tea party in Beechen Cliff Methodist Church Hall, Bruton Avenue, Bear Flat Bath. Beechen Cliff Methodist Church and the Bear Flat Association extend an invitation to the Community to enjoy Company, Conversation and Cake(with tea) in the Church Hall, Bruton Avenue at 3.30pm for £2 donated to Leprosy Mission.

Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme, soloist Linda Stocks, Schubert Symphony No.3, Mozart’s Overture to Idomeneo and an Intermezzo by Kalinnikov, a contemporary of Tchaikovsky. £10.00 on the door. Accompanied children free.
