LIFE PROJECT PARENT CARER DROP-IN GROUP, Weston Hub, Penn Hill Road, Bath, BA1 4EH, Tuesdays during term-time. These drop-in sessions are a chance for carers to have respite and time away from their caring roles, to build friendships and become part of a strong, supportive network of people who understand the challenges of caring for those with learning needs and other disabilities. Refreshments are available and there is an opportunity to de-stress by joining in a Pilates class. There is also play space available for pre-schoolers. Please contact fiona@lifeprojectbath.org.uk for more information.  To find out about the Life Project please see www.lifeprojectbath.org.uk.
